                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 6125 VANCE
                   ROAD, BEING ON THE NORTHEAST LINE OF VANCE ROAD
                   SOUTHEAST OF VANCE CIRCLE, FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL
                   ZONE TO O-1 OFFICE ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located at 6125 Vance Road, being
                on the northeast line of Vance Road southeast of
                Vance Circle.  An unplatted tract sometimes
                referred to as lot 21, Vance Road Subdivision;
                being the property described in deed book 3706,
                page 404, ROHC.  Tax Map No. 148J-A-4.
               
               
         from R-1 Residential Zone to O-1 Office Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
